Currently, Live Group Classes are held around the Flathead Valley including my personal space at Noble Ballet, Love Yoga, FVCC, Logan Health Fitness (the old Summit).

An intimate, therapeutic small-group experience (limited to 3–6 participants) designed to support nervous system regulation, mobility, and stress recovery through guided movement and breathwork. These sessions are booked for special events and occasions for you and your tribe. Sessions are intentionally structured to allow personal adjustments and supportive attention within a shared healing space. ($45 per person, 3 person minimum, 6 person maximum).
