WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

All classes are suitable for all. However, if you are looking for more meditative qualities choose yin yoga. If you are looking for an active class choose the traditional haha / flow class. Yin yoga is reclined and seated postures held for 3-5 minutes at a time. Hatha and flow move through many shapes flowing from seated to standing to reclined.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Absolutely! In fact this is my recommendation as a first time option. A private class will tailor to your exact needs. Therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, and more can all be addressed in a private session. A private session also allows you to understands what you mind find in a group setting.

CAN I ACCESS YOUR ONLINE CLASSES AT ANY TIME?

There are uploaded videos for access at any time.

WHAT IF I AM NOT FLEXIBLE?

These type of questions are incredibly common. Flexibility, strength, resilience, peace of mind, a sense of ease, well-being... the list goes on for what you will gain through the practice of yoga. Do not let any percieved barrier keep you back from finding our the true power of yoga.
